Chicken Tacos by Adi Seres

Cooking, another passion of mine.

I am one of those guy’s who at first wasn’t able to crack an egg ad make an omelet to itself. In 2007 I was kind of forced to learn how to cook because I went to university quite far away from my hometown and I couldn’t afford to starve to death.  🙂

My first dish I ever prepared, were a huge bole of spaghetti bolognese which I threw directly to the bin as it wasn’t edible at all. After this experience I learned the basics with my mom on the phone. Thank you so much.

Recipe:

Ingredients: Chicken Breast , Bell peppers, Red onion, Jalapeno, Garlic, Salad, Tomato, Coriander leaves, Coriander seeds, Lime, Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Oregano, Olive oil, Basil and Crispy Tacos

Slice the chicken breasts into bigger cubes and season it with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, basil, olive oil, lime juice and 2 cloves of crushed garlic. Let it marinate for while you do the salsa sauce.

Salsa Sauce: Slice vegetable into bigger pieces ( red onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and jalapenos ), add them into a grill pan and season it with salt, black pepper and coriander seeds. Grill until slightly cooked. Add everything into a blender together with some coriander leaves and squeeze a half of lime juice. Blend it and see if it needs extra salt or jalapenos for spice.

Salad: red onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, salad, put what ever you like into your salad.

Grill the marinated chicken in a grill pan or frying pan, whatever you may have until is cooked well.

Warm up your Tacos in a preheated oven for about 3 minutes, just for a bit of extra crispness.

Make your tacos by adding salad, chicken, salsa sauce and if preferred a bit of sour cream.
